F.E. Hockey Lindefallet Main Camp

This summer Main Camp features 2 on ice skating and skill sessions, 1 off ice session, and 1 match play session each day. Lunch is included and will be served midway through each training day.

The training will be aimed at improving individual skills and skating techniques, with lots of focus on body positioning and biomechanics to make the player stronger, faster, and more explosive in all areas.

Every session starts with 20-30 minutes of power skating, biomechanics, and dynamic edge work. Players will develop an understanding of how to efficiently carry their speed, generate power, and enhance their multidirectional movement. After warmup the training will shift towards the major skating component of the day. Everyday of training will also feature game speed stick handling/moves, passing/receiving, and goal scoring techniques.
