Helsinki Summer Camp 2020
Kisakallio, Helsinki, Finland July 14-17
F.E. Hockey Helsinki Powerskating & Skills Elite Camp
Our Helsinki summer elite camp is specifically designed for players who are looking to improve their power, speed, stick handling, passing, and goal scoring. This camp will be limited to a low number of players per group to ensure the highest quality of individulized training.
Everyday will be split into 2 ice sessions and 2 off ice training sessions, with a lunch break in the middle of the day.
Each ice session will start with 20-30 minutes of power skating, biomechanics, and dynamic edge work. Players will develop an understanding of how to efficiently carry their speed, generate power, and enhance their multidirectional movement. After warmup the training will shift towards the major skating component of the day. Everyday of training will also feature game speed stick handling/moves, passing/receiving, and goal scoring techniques. Every player in camp will have lots of individual dialogue and work with one of our coaches.
