Gothenburg Summer Camp 2020
Lödöse, Gothenburg, Sweden Aug 4-7
F.E. Hockey Powerskating, Speed & Skills Elite Camp
We are excited to return to Lödöse for our 2020 Powerskating, Speed & Skills Elite Camp!
Our Gothenburg/Lödöse summer elite camp is specifically designed for players who are looking to improve their power, speed, stick handling, passing, and goal scoring. This camp will be limited to a low amount of players per group to ensure the highest quality of individulized training.
The ice sessions will be split into 2 different 75 minute specialized skating/skill sessions. The off ice will be split into 2 sessions also; 1 for movement/speed, and 1 for stick handling skills. In the middle of each day players will enjoy a warm lunch, and will also get a snack later in the day.
Each ice session will start with 20-30 minutes of power skating, biomechanics, and dynamic edge work. Players will develop an understanding of how to efficiently carry their speed, generate power, and enhance their multidirectional movement. After warmup the training will shift towards the major skating component of the day. Everyday of training will also feature game speed stick handling/moves, passing/receiving, and goal scoring techniques.
