Germany Powerskating & Skills Camp 2020

 Füssen, July 27-31

F.E. Hockey Germany Main Camp

Our Germany International Main Camp features 2 on ice sessions and 1 off ice session each day. At check-in the players will receive their F.E. Hockey pro style jersey and F.E. Hockey off ice t-shirt. Lunch is included and will be served midway through each training day.

The training will be aimed at improving individual skills and skating techniques, with lots of focus on body positioning and biomechanics to make the player stronger, faster, and more explosive in all areas.

Everyday starts with 20-30 minutes of power skating, biomechanics, and dynamic edge work. Players will develop an understanding of how to efficiently carry their speed, generate power, and enhance their multidirectional movement. After warmup the training will shift towards the major skating component of the day.
